What are your trading hours?
We are open Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4:30pm,
Friday 8:30am – 2:00 pm, Saturday 10:00am – 3:00pm.
Can I buy Qualitops garments direct from your Factory?
Yes, we have a Factory Outlet located at 6 Brex Court, Reservoir VIC 3073. Trading hours are as above.
How do I place an order?
You can purchase through our online store at any time. If you’d prefer to talk to us first, we will happily take orders via phone or email. Please contact us if you have questions regarding bulk or custom-made orders.
How do I pay for my order?
All orders placed through our website must be paid for via Credit Card or PayPal at time of checkout.
How much will it cost for shipping?
Freight costs will depend on the size of your order and where in Australia you want it sent. These charges will be calculated when you enter your Billing Details prior to making payment. See our Terms and Conditions page for specific shipping costs.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, if you are in Melbourne and select Local Pickup during Checkout. You can pick up your order from our Factory at 6 Brex Court, Reservoir VIC 3073. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Can you ship my order to a Post Office box?
Unfortunately, we do not ship orders to Post Office box numbers. Because we use third party couriers or Australia Post they require signature on delivery. You need to provide us with a physical (Street) address when placing your order.
Do you provide international shipping?
We deliver to addresses within Australia only. Goods will not be shipped internationally.
When will I receive my order?
This depends on the size of your order and if the garments are in stock or have to be made. For garments in stock, we can usually ship them out within 2 business days. Bulk orders can take between 10 – 30 business days.
What is your returns policy?
Defective items will be credited or replaced. Qualitops will not refund freight cost for incorrect purchase or change of mind. These goods must be returned in original condition at the customer’s expense. It is our strict policy not to credit or refund items that have been decorated (e.g. printed or embroidered) or altered even if they are faulty. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all garments before doing any alterations. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase. In the event that Qualitops chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged will be refunded.
Do you have in-house screen printing or embroidery services?
We do not do any screen printing or embroidery in-house. We work closely with some of Australia’s best Screen Printers and Embroiderers. See our Screen Printing and Embroidery page for more details.
Do you provide a re-labelling service?
If you order 50 garments or more (depending on style) we can sew in your label during production. As a guide we require minimums of 100 units for Tees and 50 units for Polos or fleece garments like Hoodies and Windcheaters. We do not re-label our existing stock service garments. See our Labelling page for more information.
Do you require minimum quantity orders?
Many of our stock service garments do not require minimum quantities. Those that do will be indicated on the product page. Pricing will vary depending on quantity ordered per style so if you buy in bulk you will save!
What are your minimum quantities for custom made garments?
As a guide we require minimums of 100 units for Tees and 50 units for Polos or fleece garments like Hoodies and Windcheaters. These quantities will vary depending on garment style and design. Please contact us to discuss your custom-made requirements.
Where does your fabric come from?
Many of our fabrics are knitted and dyed locally.
Where are your garments made?
Qualitops manufactures ethically produced, Australian made clothing in-house, at our Factory in Melbourne.
